Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
The short version. We collect what we need to run AGOS and nothing more. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. We don't sell or share your information for advertising. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
Who we are
AGOS is operated by Taylor Cu LLC, Sacramento, California ("we", "us"). This policy covers agos.studio and app.agos.studio, including the client portals and editor portal. Questions: taylor@thetaylorcu.com.
What we collect
- Early-access signups (agos.studio): the email address you enter, and when you entered it.
- Client portal users (people a client business invites to review its content): your name, email address, the password you sign in with, and what you do in the portal: approvals, notes, messages, key dates, and links you share (for example, to footage).
- Editors we work with: name, email address, sign-in password, and the work, notes and messages you exchange with us in the editor portal.
- Our clients' business information: content plans, scripts, captions, media links, reports and the notes we keep while doing the work.
- Instagram data, only when a client connects its account through Meta's official login: the account name, follower count, and each post's caption, link and performance numbers (such as views, saves and shares). The access token Meta gives us is stored encrypted.
- Business contact information about businesses we may work with: names, business email addresses, phone numbers and social media handles that are publicly available or that people give us, and notes about our conversations.
- Technical information: our servers record basic request details (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the service secure and working. These records are kept only briefly.
AGOS is not built to hold patients' health information, and we ask clients not to put any into it.
Cookies and similar technology
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary: they keep you signed in to the app, a client portal or the editor portal, remember a browser you have signed in from (so you can still sign in while someone else is guessing passwords), and protect the step where a client connects Instagram. We also store a few display preferences in your browser (such as light or dark theme). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. Our fonts are served from our own servers.
Some pieces of content you open in a portal (a video on YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive) are played by that service, which may set its own cookies when the video loads. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and ask Vimeo not to track.
How we use information
- To provide AGOS: show and organize content, record approvals and notes, and prepare performance reports.
- To send service emails: for example, that a piece is ready for your review or that a report is ready. These are part of the service you or your business signed up for.
- For early-access signups: to tell you about AGOS. Every such email lets you unsubscribe, and you can also just reply and ask.
- To keep AGOS secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
AI features
Some features use Anthropic's Claude to draft text, such as a performance-report summary, from performance numbers, content titles and our team's notes. We use Anthropic under its commercial terms, under which it does not use that information to train its models. A person on our team reviews AI-drafted text before anything is sent to a client.
Who we share information with
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that run parts of AGOS for us, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Fly.io: hosting; data is stored on encrypted disks in the United States.
- Resend: delivering emails.
- Anthropic: drafting text for AI features, as described above.
- Meta: only when a client chooses to connect its Instagram account.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
Signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Client and portal information is kept while we work together, and afterwards for as long as our agreement or the law requires. Backups are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Security
AGOS uses HTTPS everywhere and stores data on encrypted disks, keeps Instagram access tokens encrypted, and limits sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing taylor@thetaylorcu.com. We honor these requests from everyone, including California residents, and we won't treat you differently for making one. If you use a client portal, some requests may need to go through the business that invited you.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we don't track you across other websites, and no third party collects information about your activity over time and across sites through AGOS. So there is nothing for these signals to switch off; we treat them as a request not to sell or share, which we never do anyway.
Children
AGOS is a business tool and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also let our clients and portal users know.
